One distinctive identity. From the packaging customers carry to the space they experience.
For PANK’s new dispensary, I expanded the existing brand into a cohesive system spanning cannabis packaging, custom apparel, and environmental graphics. Bold color, signature flamingo patterns, and considered material choices connect each application, building shelf presence, creating wearable brand recognition, and bringing PANK’s personality into the retail experience.
PANK’s new dispensary presented an opportunity to extend its identity into a complete brand experience. My creative direction focused on amplifying the brand’s character through distinctive cannabis packaging design, custom apparel, and a retail environment that brings the identity into physical space.
A bold magenta, black, and white palette, expressive flamingo iconography, and a signature repeat pattern establish a consistent visual language across the collection. Each application gives that language a different role: packaging creates recognition at the point of purchase, apparel turns the brand into something people can wear, and environmental graphics give the dispensary a memorable sense of place.
The work connects brand strategy with execution, considering material, scale, manufacturing, and merchandising alongside visual impact. From custom retail bags and embroidered headwear to polo designs, wall graphics, and merchandise display concepts, every touchpoint contributes to a cohesive experience.
The result is an expanded brand system designed to strengthen PANK’s presence on the shelf, in the store, and beyond the dispensary.
