I’ve built brand identities, packaging systems, retail experiences, product lines, content campaigns, and creative assets—but I’ve also spent just as much time building the infrastructure behind the scenes that most people overlook.
That means developing operational workflows, creating SOPs, streamlining communication between design teams, sales teams, vendors, and manufacturers, and building scalable systems that prevent companies from breaking as they grow.
