DIY MIRROR ART!
I turned a completely blank mirror into a custom piece of artwork using tape, a hand-cut stencil, and frosted glass spray! I started by covering the mirror in tape, drawing my design directly onto the surface, and carefully cutting everything out by hand. Once the stencil was ready, I sprayed the exposed glass with frosted glass spray, removed the tape, and revealed the finished design. This is a fun and surprisingly easy DIY art project that you can customize any way you want. You don’t need expensive tools or a professional studio—just a mirror, tape, a sharp blade, frosted glass spray, and an idea. It’s a great way to make personalized wall art, upgrade an old mirror, create custom home décor, or make a one-of-a-kind handmade gift. The most satisfying part is peeling away the stencil and finally seeing the frosted design come to life. There are always a few nerve-racking moments when you’re cutting directly over glass, but the finished mirror made the entire process worth it. If you’re looking for an easy weekend art project, DIY mirror makeover, or a new way to create custom glass art, give this one a try!
